Q: Where is the Pricelist / Ratecard?

Click on the 'SHOW ME' link on the left column, then click on 'SUBMIT' on the Reseller Login Box (already filled in) and you will be taken to a demo page on our site. Click on Ratecard in the left margin and then use the drop down menu to get a quote. Please note that your initial pricing can be reduced substantially by your monthly volume levels.

Q: I currently have a non-traffic website. Is that OK?

Q: What exactly am I reselling?

You can sell all of the available options on your Reseller login page. This includes Exit Popunders, Solo emails, Popin Ads, PPC engines, MORE 

Q: Is there a danger of being accused of Spamming?

A: No. SPAM involves advertising directly through e-mail. Our eMail program, and ALL of the traffic we generate, is only sent to recipients and websites that have given their prior permission.

Q: Do you guarantee that I will make more sales?

A: No, the guarantee we provide, and the one you provide your own customers, promises to deliver the number of visitors or emails within the predetermined time frame.

Furthermore, since we have no control of the product, its pricing, or the advertising format no such sales guarantee could exist. We'll get the visitors to your site, it's up to your customer to make the sale.

Q: Where do all the visitors come from?

A: For popunders, we have a huge network of member websites (over 18,000) that will display the ads that you purchase from us whenever a visitor goes to their site. For emails it can either a banner ad in a member's email, or a solo mailing where the only content is the text ad.

Q: What will help make my customer's ad more effective?

A: For popunders, we always suggest designing a brand new page just for the pop ad. Get people interested in your product by using catchy headlines, bright colors, but most of all you need a product that everyone wants. Don't make the viewer have to scroll up to figure out what you're selling. Try and capture their email address by offering something for free.

Q: How do I know the traffic I paid for has been delivered?

A: Your customer's campaign will start within a few hours of your submission. We will email you the confirmation and login info that, in turn, is forwarded to your customer so they can manage their own campaign.

Q: What are your payment options and conditions?

A: Our payment options and terms are as follows:

We accept payment through Paypal which can be in the form of Visa, Mastercard, checking account, or your current Paypal balance. 

You may accept any payment processor you wish on your own site.

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: Our refund policy is with you and states that we issue refunds for non-delivery on a pro-rata basis. Since we pay webmasters for traffic that has been delivered, we only give refunds on traffic that has not been sent.

Any guarantee you may give over and above this is not covered by us.

Q: How long will it take to receive the visitors?

A: All Popunder visitors and emails are GUARANTEED to be delivered within 30 days or we will refund your money on a pro-rata basis.

Other types of campaigns (e.g., Pay-per-click text and banners) could conceivably take longer based on the interest in the offering itself.
